Payroll / HR Specialist 50-60%

On behalf of our client, a major construction company located on the outskirts of Lausanne, we are looking for a Payroll / HR Specialist. This is a permanent position. General tasks: - Complete management of the payroll process (approximately 140 entries, controls, and salaries) - Management of social security and follow-up - Monitoring of absences, leave, and social insurance - Supervision of 2 apprentices (if interested) - Close collaboration with the HR manager and management - Involvement in specialized processes - Hold a vocational diploma in commerce - A successful first experience in a similar position=> at least the last 3 years - Organized and rigorous - Proactive and autonomous individual - Team player - Comfortable with tools - Perfect command of French - Residing in the region.
