Payroll / HR Specialist

As part of a reinforcement for our client, an organization based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Payroll & HR Specialist (ideally 80%, with the possibility of 60% to discuss based on profile and availability).RESPONSIBILITIESComplete management of the payroll process (approximately 250 pays). Input, control, and processing of salaries. Management of social aspects and tracking of personnel amendments, etc. Monitoring of absences, leaves, and insurance in close collaboration with the HR manager and adherence to internal processes.PROFILEHolder of an HR degree, HR Certificate or currently in progress. Confirmed experience of at least 4 years in a similar position. Knowledge of the Abacus software. Excellent mastery of Excel (good level required).
