For our client, a nice cause SME X located, we are looking for a Payroll/RH specialist. In a growth context, this position has been created to strengthen the team. The functions are broad and exciting: - Management of the entire payroll lifecycle for employees in German-speaking Switzerland: about 50 people - Payroll preparation and establishment - Assistance in drafting employment contracts - Transmission of usual tax documents We are looking for a person with: - Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll/RH - HRSE - German C1/B2 minimum - ability to answer employees' questions in German is essential - Mastery of Abacus Are you fluent in German and have some payroll experience?
