Contract Role: Payment Control Analyst (VP)

Contract Location: London,Glasgow or Northampton office based 2-3 days per week, the rest remote

Contract Start: ASAP

Contract Duration:Full time role (Monday to Friday) 6 months initially (inside IR35)

DeloitteOperations are seeking a Payment Control Analyst (VP). Lead and own the Payment Control Gateway(PCG) operating model, ensuring robust execution of payment controls at scale,effective risk-based decisioning, and delivery of a controlled, auditable andproduction-ready framework to prevent erroneous payments across Global Markets.

Ensuring that allactivities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatoryrequirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and our clientsinternal Policies and Policy Standards.

Skills/Basic Qualifications:

• Extensiveexperience in Global Markets Operations, payments or post-trade environments
• Strongunderstanding of payment flows, settlement lifecycle and operational risk
• Provenexperience leading operational teams in high-risk, high-volume environments
• Demonstratedability to make senior risk-based decisions under pressure
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving capability, with focus on root cause resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experiencein payment control, transaction monitoring or risk/control frameworks
• Knowledgeof FX, Derivatives, Collateral or Financing products
• Experienceworking with rule-based and AI/ML control environments
• Strongstakeholder management across Operations, Technology and Front Office
• Track record of driving operationaltransformation and automation initiatives
