Patient Services Front Desk Coordinator

Lion Health, part of NHS, is seeking a Patient Services Officer to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be the first point of contact for patients, welcoming them at reception and handling calls, appointments and prescription requests.

We value someone who is warm, patient focused and thrives in a busy environment, providing professional, compassionate service face to face and over the phone. Hours range from 15 to 37 per week to suit part time or full time availability.
