Patient Experience Customer Care Specialist (Hybrid)

MiniMed is seeking a Customer Care & Supply Chain specialist to support Order-To-Cash processes, assist patients and sales teams, and drive customer satisfaction. This permanent role is based in Watford/Copenhagen with a hybrid model (office 2/3 days weekly).

You will work across CRM systems (SAP), handle calls and emails, document customer specifics, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining accuracy and a high level of service.
