Patient Experience & Front Desk Specialist

Nuffield Health is seeking a Client Services Administrator for the JP Morgan Medical Centre (Canary Wharf/Victoria Embankment). This is a permanent, full-time role, 40 hours per week, with shifts 08:15-17:15.

You will greet visitors, handle enquiries and bookings, and collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless patient journey while monitoring monthly KPIs. The salary is up to £27,768 with benefits including a free gym membership.
