Patient Experience & Complaints Specialist

Calderdale and Huddersfield Solutions Ltd is looking for a Patient Experience and Complaints Support Officer. This full-time position is Band 5 and is focused on improving patient care through effective communication and professional complaint handling.

The successful candidate will investigate complaints, support families, and work closely with clinicians to ensure every patient's voice is heard. The role offers flexible working and is contractually permanent based at Calderdale Royal Hospital in Halifax.
