Patient Engagement Officer (Dentistry) - The People Advisory Remote (England, UK)

About the Role The People Advisory is seeking a dynamic Patient Engagement Officer to join a central team supporting a network of 50+ dental practices. This remote role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and sales skills who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You will be at the heart of patient communication, converting enquiries into booked appointments, promoting dental services, and helping clinics stay busy and successful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to patient enquiries via phone, email, text, and WhatsApp
  • Handle inbound calls and guide patients through treatment options
  • Confidently discuss services and secure bookings
  • Engage with patients via social media and digital channels
  • Manage and convert email enquiries into appointments
  • Promote dental services and membership plans
  • Use dental software and CRM systems (including Salesforce)
  • Process and chase payments through cloud-based systems
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements
  • Highly organised and quick to learn
  • Confident using computers and multiple systems
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Friendly, personable, and engaging
  • Motivated by targets with strong sales and closing skills
  • Dental background or experience with Dentally software
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary/Pay: £28,000-£30,000 per year
