Join Our Team as a Patient Catering Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Patient Catering Manager to join our team at a Hospital. This full time role (40 hours per week, 5 days over 7) offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient catering services within a busy healthcare environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking someone who brings:

  • Proven Experience: Strong background in Soft FM management, ideally within healthcare or a similar environment.
  • Leadership: Inspiring leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in liaising with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: A focus on quality, efficiency, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Sound understanding of company policies, procedures, and client agreements.
  • IT Skills: Proficient use of MS Office and email systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Operations: Oversee the effective and efficient delivery of high quality patient catering services across the contract.
  • Build Client Relationships: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Plan Resources: Allocate and plan resources strategically to ensure first class service delivery.
  • Lead Teams: Recruit, train, develop, and manage team members to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold all company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Manage Finances: Meet financial targets with a strong commercial approach, managing both income and cost objectives.
