Patent Formalities Specialist (London)

We are currently working with a highly regarded intellectual property firm that is looking to appoint a Patent Formalities Specialist to support its growing practice in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work alongside Patent Attorneys and support teams, helping to manage a diverse portfolio of UK, European, PCT, and international patent matters.

Previous experience within a similar role is crucial, as you will be expected to hit the ground running!

Key duties will include:

• Maintaining and updating patent records.
• Handling patent formalities for UK, EP, PCT, and overseas matters.
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely action is taken.
• Managing EP grants and patent renewals.
• Preparing and processing patent-related documentation.
• Liaising with Patent Attorneys, foreign associates, and patent offices.
