Contract Details:

Fixed Term for 12 months to cover maternity leave

Hours:

37 Hours per week. Shift patterns may be required to cover until 6:00pm. Some Saturday working when required.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Pastoral Manager to join our Behaviour Management Service. The role involves working with individuals and small groups to improve behaviour, raise attainment and attendance, and promote outstanding behaviour across the Academy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set targets and action plans for improving student engagement, attendance, and attainment.
  • Monitor behaviour data for specific cohorts and implement effective interventions.
  • Support students with SEMH concerns proactively.
  • Lead on before/during/after school duties and delegate responsibilities accordingly.
  • Implement sanctions swiftly for low-level disruptions.
