We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Parts professional to oversee the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, supplier relationships, sales performance, and internal support functions while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining Renault standards and KPIs.
Monday - Friday (1 Saturday in 4)

- Manage daily Parts Department operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and retailers to secure the best pricing, service levels, and product availability.
- Maximise departmental profitability through the sale and promotion of parts, accessories, lubricants, and other value-added products.
- Control parts costs for internal departments including Workshop, Rental, and Sales.
- Maintain accurate stock control, ensuring optimal availability while minimising excess and obsolete stock.
- Ensure all parts are ordered, receipted, stored, and issued accurately using the DMS system.
- Maintain security and organisation within the Parts Department to prevent loss or damage.
- Support Service and Bodyshop operations through effective communication and administration.
- Follow Renault procedures relating to ordering, returns, warranty claims, KPIs, and sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation to support invoicing and reduce work in progress, particularly at month end.
- Drive continuous operational and financial improvements across the department.
- Previous experience within a Parts Department, automotive environment preferred.
- Strong stock control and inventory management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Good commercial awareness with a focus on profitability and efficiency.
- Experience using DMS systems and working to manufacturer standards/KPIs.
- Organised, accurate, and able to work effectively under pressure.
