Partnerships Manager

We create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand's success. Since our travelers interact with us through our brands, we have a brand focus in our marketing, while leveraging the scale and efficiency we've built in functional expertise.

Expedia Group's Strategic Partnerships & Affiliates team is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Partnerships team in EMEA. As thePartnerships Manager, you will directly impact Expedia Group's P&L by developing and managing a diverse portfolio of partners. You'll collaborate across regional and functional teams to originate, evaluate, and negotiate partnership opportunities and engagement strategies. These efforts will drive booking contributions to our EG-branded websites.

This role reports to theHead of Partnerships, EMEA, and works closely with an international team that values innovation, creative problem-solving, and collaboration.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and manage strong, direct partnerships with third parties that provide access to relevant customer segments, promoting long-term travel bookings

  • Grow booking volumes by targeting key segments and enhancing brand awareness through association with trusted third-party brands

  • Design, implement, and monitor strategic and tactical marketing activities with partners

  • Understand and communicate partner business opportunities and challenges through appropriate internal channels

  • Recommend products, services, and insights that support partnership growth

  • Analyze business data and translate it into actionable insights to inform commercial decisions and strategies

  • Develop a strong understanding of competitor products and services

  • Apply products, technologies, and offerings insightfully to assigned partnerships

  • Collaborate closely with:

    • Financeon commercial proposals and post-campaign evaluations

    • Business Operationsto optimize and support partner campaigns

    • Product & Techteams to develop and implement partner tools and solutions

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in partner marketing and/or account management

  • Skilled in negotiation and presenting data or ideas to support commercial discussions or build partnership proposals

  • Comfortable using multiple platforms to capture and analyze data; highly numerate

  • Strong sense of empathy; able to understand the perspectives of customers and partners

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment

  • Experience with large e-commerce brands is a plus

  • Fluent in English; fluency in additional European languages is a plus
