Partnerships Director/Senior Partner Manager
Location: London, hybrid 2-3 days in office (regular travel to East Anglia)
Package: Up to £110,000 base + commission/bonus

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading consultancy that helps clients transform their service management and digital operations. They are looking for a Partnerships Director/Senior Partner Manager to strengthen and grow their strategic partner relationships.

The opportunity
This senior role will lead key partnerships across commercial and service areas, ensuring they deliver value and support business growth. You will act as a senior ambassador with clients and partners, building trusted relationships that drive collaboration and performance.

What we're looking for
  • Consultancy background with proven experience in partner management, account management or client management from a commercial perspective.
  • An understanding of Service Management, ITIL or ITSM
  • Commercially sharp, relationship driven and customer focused
  • A relationship builder who can influence and persuade at all levels
  • Any experience with ServiceNow or Halo would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite
