Partnership Development Director

Barbican, London Hybrid Working (1-2 days a week) - With National travel Commercial Fixed Term Contract: 12 Months Full-Time

Competitive salary available, depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

The Partnership Development Director supports the Head of Partnerships Development in managing and expanding strategic relationships with Private Medical Insurers (PMIs). The role contributes to Nuffield Health's commercial success by executing strategic account plans, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence across services.

Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic account plans that align with Nuffield Health's commercial objectives and growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across PMI organisations.
  • Understand client strategies and priorities to identify opportunities for service expansion and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment of resources to meet client needs.
  • Represent Nuffield Health in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support account management teams in delivering operational excellence and fulfilling contractual commitments.
  • Promote Nuffield Health's integrated service offerings and differentiators to enhance client value.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in strategic relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and work cross-functionally
  • Ideally you'll have experience in healthcare or insurance sectors and knowledge of private medical insurance markets
