Role

This Partner Sales Manager role focuses on developing and scaling a reseller network across the Benelux region, with potential for future geographical expansion. The role involves identifying, recruiting, and activating partnerships with resellers, law firms, consultancy firms, and tech companies to drive revenue growth.


There is immediate business potential, with six signed partners ready for activation and a strong pipeline. As part of a fast-growing SaaS division, this hands-on role demands expertise in building partner networks and executing business development initiatives. While support exists for automation and marketing, success requires strong outreach, relationship management, and delivering tangible results.


Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS partner/channel sales
  • Track record of building partner networks and securing new logos
  • Opening and closing new partner agreements to create revenue
  • Strong at managing documentation processes in HubSpot
  • Able to work with a quota to achieve sales targets
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
