The role

What you will be doing

• Building strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver a consistently high level of service
• Communicating clearly, professionally, and promptly across all channels
• Maintaining accurate records and providing key updates to clients and partners
• Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently and calmly
• Anticipating challenges and taking proactive steps to support customers before problems arise

Salary and benefits

• Salary of £25,000
• Hybrid working - Fridays from home
• 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
