Job Description
Partner - Data, Measurement & Optimisation Key Responsibilities Measurement Strategy & Effectiveness

Define the strategic measurement vision, standards and governance framework for Growth Solutions, ensuring all capabilities are aligned to client and business outcomes. Drive innovation in measurement approaches, including econometrics/MMM, attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation and AI-enabled analytics.

Data Strategy & Audience Intelligence

Shape the data strategy for Growth Solutions, leveraging proprietary, partner and first-party data assets to improve targeting, personalisation and performance. Ensure robust data governance, privacy compliance and responsible data use while developing differentiated audience and data capabilities.

Optimisation & Performance

Establish optimisation frameworks and methodologies that drive continuous improvement across products, campaigns and client outcomes. Foster a test-and-learn culture, using performance insights and analytics to inform product development, adoption and commercial growth.

Client & Agency Advisory

Serve as the executive sponsor and senior strategic advisor for key client engagements, growth opportunities and senior stakeholder relationships. Partner with agency and business leaders to ensure data, measurement and optimisation capabilities support broader commercial and growth objectives.

Product Development & Innovation

Own the strategic direction of data, measurement and optimisation across the Growth Solutions roadmap, ensuring capabilities support future business growth and market differentiation. Identify opportunities to enhance solutions through advanced analytics, AI, audience capabilities and emerging measurement approaches.

Leadership & Enablement

Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team, establishing capability priorities, succession plans and long-term talent development strategies. Drive adoption of measurement, data and optimisation best practices through executive sponsorship, thought leadership and organisational enablement.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Extensive experience in media measurement, marketing effectiveness, analytics, marketing science or a related discipline within an agency, consultancy, media owner or similar environment.
  • Deep understanding of econometrics/MMM, attribution modelling, incrementality testing, experimentation and multi-touch measurement methodologies.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing measurement, data and optimisation frameworks that drive commercial and client outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, audience strategy, first-party data activation and emerging advertising technologies.
  • Experience developing data strategies, governance frameworks and audience solutions within a media or marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms, dashboarding tools, data integration technologies and AI/ML applications.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for senior audiences.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams, capability functions or specialist practices within complex, client-focused organisations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, shape strategic direction and drive organisational change through data, measurement and optimisation expertise.
Location

London or Manchester - flexible working arrangements.
