Pay Rates

• Monday to Friday: £12.76 per hour
• Equivalent to £14.30 per hour including value of holiday pay
• Holiday pay accrued separately and paid when you book time off

About the Role

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established business within the automotive industry in Avonmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Operative seeking a long-term part-time role with the potential to increase to full-time hours in the future.

Working within a clean and organised warehouse environment, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed and prepared for distribution.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Picking automotive parts using handheld scanners
• Accurately selecting products against customer orders
• Packing products ready for dispatch
• Putting stock away within warehouse locations
• Supporting stock movement and warehouse replenishment activities
• Assisting with warehouse running duties as required
• Working towards daily productivity targets
• Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
• Following site health and safety procedures
• Supporting other warehouse functions when required

Shift Pattern

• Thursday and Friday
• 08:30am - 06:00pm
• 30 minutes break per shift
• Long-term ongoing assignment
• Potential opportunity to move into a 5-day working week in the future
• Additional paid hours may be available when required

Requirements

The successful Warehouse Operative will require:

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable
• Experience using handheld scanners would be advantageous
• Ability to work towards performance targets
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High-visibility vest
• Plain dark workwear suitable for warehouse duties
