Part-Time Store Team Leader - Evenings & Community Impact

Co-op Nantwich is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run day-to-day store operations during your shift, guiding the team to deliver excellent service and efficient store performance.

You will work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, support merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes, and actively promote Co-op membership within the community. The role includes regular weekend shifts and overtime, with part-time hours (16 per week) and a permanent contract.
