Part-Time Store Team Leader - Customer & Ops

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage the daily running of The Fox & Elm store during the 2pm-11pm shift. You'll lead the team on your shift, coach colleagues, and ensure great service and smooth operations on tills and shop floor.

The role is 16 hours per week with regular overtime, permanent part-time contract, with weekend availability. Benefits include staff discount, pension contributions, and access to pay on demand.
