Location: Ipswich
Hours: 20 hours per week, term time only, with optional holiday-camp work
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
Contract: Permanent, part-time

We're looking for an enthusiastic Level 2 qualified Sports Coach to deliver fun and engaging physical activity sessions to children aged 4-11 across our Ipswich schools.

Internally, this role may be referred to as an Activity Professional.

The Role

• Delivering engaging sports and physical activity sessions
• Leading breakfast, lunchtime and after-school clubs
• Creating a safe, inclusive and energetic environment
• Managing behaviour positively while keeping sessions enjoyable
• Adapting activities for different ages and abilities

What your day looks like:

• Breakfast clubs: 7:45am - 8:45am
• Lunch clubs: 12:15pm - 1:15pm

Applicants must:

• Be aged 18 or over
• Hold a minimum Level 2 sports coaching qualification or equivalent
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
• Have experience working with children in a coaching, education or childcare setting
• Be confident leading groups independently
• Be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
