What you'll do

• Style the full fit - ask smart questions, read the vibe, build complete looks.
• Know the product, know the culture - learn every silhouette, tech behind performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care.
• Host the hype - own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in store activations.
• Chase the win - drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, & celebrate team wins.
• Keep it premium - visuals on point, stock locked in, the store always looking fresh and ready for the next fit check.
