Part-Time Retail Supervisor: Lead Customer Experience

Lush Carmarthen is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a small, enthusiastic sales team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach colleagues, manage daily shop-floor operations, and work closely with the Store Manager to maintain high standards and a welcoming environment.
