Part-Time Recruitment Partner: Inclusive & Candidate-Focused

British Gymnastics is seeking a Part-time Recruitment Partner to deliver a proactive, candidate-focused service. The role combines two days per week on-site at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, with remote work to support end-to-end recruitment for the UK federation.

You will coordinate vacancies, assist hiring managers, manage interviews and offers, and ensure compliant, inclusive processes in line with our values.
