Part-Time Property Caretaker & Maintenance Specialist

Homes for Students Ltd is seeking a part-time Caretaker for the ONYX property in Birmingham, working 20 hours per week. You will perform routine property maintenance and respond to repairs to maintain quality standards and customer experience.
