Part-Time NHS Care & Call Center Specialist

Ontex is hiring a part-time Customer Care Specialist to support NHS home delivery contracts. You will handle 80-120 calls per day, activate patient orders, and liaise with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
