Location: Lakeside North Harbour, Western Road, Portsmouth, PO6 3EN

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Hours: 4 hours per week

Days: Monday to Thursday

Shift: 8:00am - 9:00am

Contract: Temp to Perm

Start Date: TBC

We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Morning Cleaner to work at a commercial site at Lakeside North Harbour in Portsmouth .

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering a short, regular morning shift four days per week. It would be ideal for someone living or already working locally who is looking for a few additional hours each week.

Working Hours

• Monday: 8:00am - 9:00am
  
• Tuesday: 8:00am - 9:00am
  
• Thursday: 8:00am - 9:00am
  
• Total: 4 hours per week
  

Pay

£13.45 per hour

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises.

Duties will include:

• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
  
• Cleaning office and communal areas
  
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
  
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
  
• Replenishing consumables where required
  
• General cleaning duties throughout the site
  
• Ensuring the premises are left clean, tidy and presentable
  

Requirements Requirements

Successful applicants must:

• Be able to complete a DBS check
  
• Be reliable and punctual
  
• Be able to commit to 8:00am - 9:00am Monday to Thursday
  
• Be comfortable working independently
  
• Be comfortable with potential key-holder responsibilities and using an alarm panel
  
• Be able to use a telephone-based time and attendance system
  
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred
  

Temp to Perm Opportunity

The position will initially be supplied through Concept Resources , with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the cleaning team following a successful temporary period.
