Job Description
Manpower UK is recruiting a part time HR Manager for a not for profit in Wallingford. The role covers three days weekly with one remote day; office attendance is required on Wednesday.
You will lead HR policy, practice and documentation, coach managers, and shape training plans from appraisals to practical learning initiatives. Requirements include CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable), strong leadership and communication skills, and confidentiality.
