Job Description
Winstanley College is seeking a part-time HR Advisor (term-time) to join its College HR team in Wigan. You will act as the go-to expert for absence management, contracts, family leave, and flexible working, while leading return-to-work plans and coordinating cover.
The role reports to the HR Manager and sits within the College HR function. The ideal candidate will have organised, detail-oriented skills and a proactive approach to employee relations, data analysis, and safeguarding compliance
