Part-Time Housing Scheme Manager - Older Persons

A well-established Housing Association is seeking a Scheme Manager to oversee tenancy and scheme management for older persons' accommodation in the Walsall area. You will manage day-to-day operations, support tenants with issues, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with various teams. Experience in housing management and supporting vulnerable residents is preferred. The role offers £17 - £19 per hour for 22 - 25 hours per week with a minimum 6-month contract.
