Part time Host / Receptionist

Overview

Weekend working and holiday cover - long-term temporary contract.

If you're the kind of person that loves providing quality customer service whilst representing a luxury brand - we have the role for you. We are looking for a smart and well-presented front of house professional.

Duties include

• Meeting and greeting clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
• Providing refreshments and associated hospitality services
• Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
• Ensuring guests are updated and looked after
• Answering telephones and resolving enquiries

Skills/Experience Required

• Previous experience in hospitality, beauty, luxury brand, or customer service
• Well-presented, smart appearance
• Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
• Able to stay calm in high pressure situations
