Nicholas Bernard is looking for an SAP CO Process Consultant for an S/4HANA Transformation project based in Germany.

Role: SAP CO Process Consultant (Deputy Lead - Controlling)
Location: South of Germany - 50% onsite/50% remote
Start Date: 01/01/2026
End Date: 30/04/2026

Workload:

• Jan-Feb: 3 days per week

• Mar-Apr: 2 days per week
  Total Effort: 42 days

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert SAP CO process consulting aligned with S/4HANA best practices

• Lead and facilitate workshops during Prepare & Explore

• Support fit/gap analysis, requirements gathering, and future-state design

• Contribute to process harmonisation initiatives

• Produce process documentation and ensure alignment with Finance & Controlling teams

• Act as deputy lead for CO processes within the transformation stream

Required Skills

• Strong SAP CO expertise (Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, PCA, etc.)

• Proven S/4HANA Greenfield project experience

• Solid background in Controlling process design and blueprinting

• Experience with organisational merges or financial structure alignment is a plus

• Fluent German and English

• Ability to work onsite in Augsburg 50% of the time
