Customer Team Member

We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co op.

Location: 8A-8B Heol Y Deri Rhiwbina, Cardiff, CF14 6HF

Pay: £13.04 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: Opening shifts, 5.45am starts through to 3pm, with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift. Either Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. We're happy to discuss your availability further at interview. Role will include working in our in store bakery.

Full, paid training provided.

You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve either working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business related needs.

What you'll do

• Friendly and thoughtful service - put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co op products and Membership, working in our in store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
• Work together to make everyone's day better - support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
• Make sure the store is safe and legal - keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
• Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
• Support your local community - get involved in all kinds of activities and events
