Part-Time Claims Specialist (12-Month Contract)

DPD is seeking a Claims Agent for a 12 month fixed term, part-time role in Bristol. You will process claims for lost or damaged parcels, communicate settlements to customers, and handle inquiries by phone and email in a busy logistics environment.

The role supports a fast-paced customer services team with clear policies and a focus on accuracy and integrity. The hours are 10:00-14:00, Monday to Friday.
