• Cook food to be proud of and know the menu inside out.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Support, value, and work in a great team to ensure every guest feels truly welcome.

Qualifications

Applicants who demonstrate culinary skills, a commitment to quality, and an ability to work effectively as part of a team are preferred. Experience in a pub or restaurant environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
