Part-Time Charity Shop Deputy Manager - Lead Sales & Volunteers

ExtraCare is recruiting a Deputy Shop Manager for our charity shop in Radbrook Green, Shrewsbury, Shropshire. The role is part-time (21 hours per week) with a fixed-term contract of at least 6 months.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.71 and a benefits package including pension, life assurance, EAP, and generous annual leave pro-rata for part-time staff. The Deputy Shop Manager supports the Shop Manager, recruits and motivates volunteers, manages stock and maintains high
