Part-Time Betting Shop Customer Specialist

William Hill PLC in Harrogate is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, process bets and assist with queries. You'll demonstrate betting terminals, build relationships and champion safer gambling while supporting shop managers with displays and opening/closing tasks.

Shifts are rota-based, with opening hours 8am-10pm across seven days. The role includes training, development opportunities and access to pension contributions, discounts and an annual bonus scheme
