Job Description

Part Time Administrator - Nottingham (Office Based)
£13.47 per hour
16 hours per week (3 4 mornings per week)
Immediate start - temp to perm

Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and visitor enquiries.
  • Administration of planning applications and consultations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases.
  • Processing invoices and supporting basic accounts administration.
  • Booking contract engineers when and where required.
  • Management of room bookings including administration and room set up.
  • Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Updating website and social media content where required.
  • Recording health and safety data.
  • Assisting with the organisation of events and promotional activities.
  • Liaising with a range of external contacts and stakeholders.
  • Providing general administrative support across the wider team.
Qualifications
  • Previous administration or customer service experience within an office environment.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work independently.
  • A friendly, professional and proactive approach.
