Contract: Temporary

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 09:30 - 17:30

Pay Rate: £15.06 per hour (paid weekly)

Angard Staffing, in partnership with Parcelforce Worldwide, is recruiting Collection & Delivery Drivers to support parcel collections and deliveries across the local area.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Collection & Delivery Driver, you will:

• Conduct daily vehicle safety and compliance checks
• Collect and deliver parcels to residential and business customers
• Provide a professional, friendly, and dependable service
• Sort and organise parcels before delivery route
• Follow planned routes using a handheld PDA device
• Safely lift, move, and deliver parcels weighing up to 30kg
• You're expected to securely deliver all items on your route, including handling and delivering certain items (such as food products or alcohol) in line with Royal Mail business standards.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Afull UK manual driving licencewith no more than6 penalty points
• Previous experience or confidence drivinglong-wheelbase vans
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to safely lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• A positive, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work
