Parcel Delivery Customer Advisor (6 Month FTC)

DPD Group in Gloucester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will assist both internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery and collaborate with Drivers and Operations Managers to identify and resolve issues.

The role offers a salary up to £25,528.04 per annum with benefits. Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:30, with occasional Saturdays (1 out of 4).
