Key responsibilities in this role include:

• Prepare clear, accurate client-facing documentation by translating complex advice into well-structured reports
• Compile and maintain technical case files, ensuring alignment with governance and regulatory expectations
• Support advisers with cashflow modelling, product comparisons, and strategy research
• Coordinate information gathering from clients and third parties to support timely case progression
• Assist with file governance, compliance trails, and quality checks to uphold standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments to underpin robust, defensible recommendations

• Have substantial paraplanning experience
• Level 4 Diploma
• Are capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team effort
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined approach to accuracy
