Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to support corporate legal operations, contract lifecycle management, and compliance processes. This is a fully remote role ideal for candidates with experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
• Support contract lifecycle management (CLM), including tracking and renewals
• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters
• Assist with company filings, regulatory requirements, and compliance tracking
• Maintain organized legal records, databases, and document management systems
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, leadership) on legal requests
• Support due diligence processes and risk assessments

• 2-4 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in corporate or commercial law
• Strong experience with contract drafting and review
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory processes
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Experience with legal tools such as CLM systems, document management platforms, or CRMs
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
