Are you a proactive legal professional with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for commercial contracts?
This people-centric, flourishing B-Corps property management company, are looking for a Mid-Level Paralegal to join the team at their West London HQ (a short walk from Regent's Park).
This is a high-impact role providing top-tier legal and operational support across the entire organisation, working with the Legal Counsel to deliver essential oversight.
What you'll be doing:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including property management agreements, NDAs, and supplier contracts.
- Preparing first-draft advice notes and issuing summaries for Counsel review.
- Managing pre-litigation processes and assisting with claims, disputes, and court proceedings.
- Coordinating workflows with internal stakeholders, managing the Legal Inbox, and ensuring all deadlines are meticulously diarised.
- Maintaining document management systems to an audit-ready standard and monitoring changes to government regulations.
This role is perfect for someone who is not just technically sound, but also highly organised and proactive.
Salary on offer up to £45,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including generous holiday allowance, annual bonus, healthcare and dental cover.
You should have:
- An intermediate-to-advanced understanding of contract law, including IP, liabilities, indemnities, and TUPE.
- At least 2 years of paralegal experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in-house.
- An undergraduate law degree combined with either the LPC or SQE1 is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential matters.
- A self-starter who avoids ambiguity, embraces technology, and is committed to continuous self-development.
