We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, an international law firm, who are seeking a Paralegal to join their Employment team in Dublin. Opportunity to work within a busy and highly regarded Employment team

Provide paralegal support to partners and solicitors within the Employment team
Assist with drafting and preparing employment-related documentation and correspondence
Support case management, including file organisation and document review
Conduct legal research and summarise findings for the team
Prepare bundles and documentation for hearings and tribunals
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional manner
Assist with administrative and compliance-related tasks as required
Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within employment or litigation
Strong understanding of employment law processes and procedures
Excellent drafting and organisational skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
