Paralegal - Employment

• Provide paralegal support to partners and solicitors within the Employment team

• Assist with drafting and preparing employment-related documentation and correspondence

• Support case management, including file organisation and document review

• Conduct legal research and summarise findings for the team

• Prepare bundles and documentation for hearings and tribunals

• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional manner

• Assist with administrative and compliance-related tasks as required

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within employment or litigation

• Strong understanding of employment law processes and procedures

• Excellent drafting and organisational skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
