Are you an experienced Panel Beater looking to join a modern, well-equipped accident repair centre where quality workmanship is genuinely valued?

Our client is a major automotive group with a substantial investment programme in facilities, technology and employee development. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Panel Technician to join their busy and professional accident repair team in the Truro area.

The Role

• Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards
• Removing and refitting MET components
• Completing high-quality structural and cosmetic body repairs
• Identifying and reporting additional damage accurately
• Maintaining productivity whilst ensuring excellent workmanship
• Working within health, safety and quality procedures

About You

• Experienced Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
• Capable of completing your own MET work
• Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques and vehicle construction
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools
• Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail and a positive team-based approach
