Overview 
Pertemps Loughborough Commercial is seeking a Painter for a full-time contract based in Loughborough. This position involves general maintenance tasks alongside painting kitchens and bathrooms within student accommodation. The contract runs from an immediate start until 31.08.26. The role may require some flexibility on working hours between 08:00 and 16:00.
Responsibilities- Perform painting and decorating tasks in kitchens and bathrooms within student accommodation.
- Undertake general maintenance and property upkeep as needed.
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion.
- Proven painting skills and a versatile approach to property maintenance.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work to deadlines.
- Availability to work 08:00-16:00 with some flexibility as required.
