Set and monitor weekly objectives, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to Wiltech's high standards. Oversee and participate in all aspects of paint preparation, including cleaning, sealing, priming, masking, colour matching, and quality inspection. Ensure team members adhere to ISO9001 policies and safety standards. Provide expert advice on material and tooling requirements, ensuring the team is fully equipped for each task. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to improve team productivity. Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, holiday requests, and attendance tracking. Communicate with the Production Team and other Team Leaders to resolve any issues and maintain an efficient production flow. What We're Looking For: Experience in paint preparation, spraying, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to problem-solve and adapt to production demands. Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures. Hours - Days 6am till 2pm / Afternoons 2pm till 10pm (15% shift allowance).
