Job Description
Job Title: Paint Sprayer

Location: Lowton, Warrington

Salary: £20- £25 per hour (DOE)

Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:00hrs and Friday 07:30 - 12:40hrs

Contract: Permanent

Our client, a market leading manufacturing company, are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their production team. This role is central to ensuring their products meet the highest standards of finish, durability, and presentation.

As a Paint Sprayer your duties will be: -

  • Paint spraying of fifth wheel components to required quality standards.

  • Operation of electrostatic spray guns and associated equipment.

  • Use and maintenance of 2 pack paint auto mix systems.

  • Daily spray booth maintenance including cleaning, filter checks, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Working efficiently within a moving conveyor production line with time critical processes.

  • Ensuring all work meets internal quality, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Reporting equipment issues and supporting continuous improvement activities.



The successful Paint Sprayer will have the following skills: -

  • Time served Paint Sprayer with proven industrial experience.

  • Hands on experience with electrostatic spray equipment.

  • Knowledge of 2 pack paint systems and automated mixing.

  • Ability to carry out general maintenance on spray equipment and booths.

  • Experience working in time critical conveyor based environments (advantageous).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality finishes.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
